Organizational Structure of Centre for Social Initiatives NADEZ

The organizational structure of Centre for Social Initiatives NADEZ is according to the statute of the centre and its organs are the Assembly, the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board .

Assembly

The highest organ of C.S.I. Nadez, comprised of all members. The Assembly elects members and president of Executive Board for a 4 years mandate. The Assembly establishes the directions for the organization’s policies and adopts annual financial plans and reports.

President

The president is in charge of advocating and representing the organization on external meetings and of the overall legal transactions with third parties.
President of C.S.I. Nadez is Mrs. Marina Bojanova.

Executive Board

The Executive Board of C.S.I. Nadez consists of five members. The Board implements the joint policies and attitudes defined by the Assembly, decides for acquiring and management of organization’s assets and is responsible for carrying out of all project activities of the organization.
President of the Executive Board of C.S.I. Nadez is Mrs. Vesna Bojadziska.

Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board of CSI NADEZ consists of 3 members. The Board monitors the implementation of the Statute and the program, takes care of the work and property of the Organization and other matters in a manner determined by the Statute
